It is hard to place a value on answering your phones 24-hours a day and getting a qualified technician to your home at any hour of the night. Ask any one of our customers who have had a service call in the middle of the night, they will tell you this is one of the largest advantages of being a Ciardelli customer.

All of our technicians are cross trained in both oil and propane service, and carry all the required licenses to work on your heating system including the New Hampshire State Gas Fitters License. Each summer, while other oil companies lay-off their “seasonal” help, we invest in continuing education and keeping up to date with the new products on the market. We are proud to say all of our technicians are full time, and have been with us for anywhere from 3 to 23 years.
