Hi Matt,
I returned home last night to find an artfully installed, gleaming new heating system -- it's as sculptural as it is utilitarian -- just brilliant! In addition, the basement was absolutely spotless -- more aseptic operating room than antique cellar. The guys were extraordinary -- professional, competent, talented, polite, funny -- I know what a pain in the butt it was to pull everything together in this old, quirky house and especially in such a short period of time. I always feel badly when anyone ever has to work in that crawl space -- but no one complained -- not once. 

I never thought a fuel service provider could evoke joy -- but capping off what was a tough week, coming home to this perfect installation last night made me smile ear to ear. I turned on the new fireplace, sat down with a glass of wine and thought about how lucky I am to have such exceptional support and service -- and from people I actually enjoy
having in my home. I feel extremely well taken care of -- I tell everyone I know. Thanks for all that you are and all that you've done.

Please just send me the bill -- I'll get a check right out.

Yesterday morning I pulled my van out of the garage to go to Boston ony to realize I had a flat tire.  I did not know how to change a flat tire and was on the point of breaking into tears when your driver pulled into the driveway.  He graciously offered to change my tire and then proceeded to do so.  I do not know his name, but I wanted you to know what a great service that was for me.  Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
